It's so awesome
First time it has worked for me, ever!
I always thought it was like a joke or something.

Here is what you do:
1. Go as close to the screen as possible so the image get blurry and merged. Like two flowers go into each other.  
2. Move your head slowly away from the computer screen.
3. Try to focus the blurry image while going back, but keep it merged.
4. See two layers of images; one hovering above the other. The top one should look like Derpy
5. ???
6. Profit
